GENTLE YOGA

Gentle Yoga-

Slower paced class that uses classical Hatha postures that allow time for understanding alignment and breath in the body. Experience all the benefits yoga has to offer such as: tension release, strengthening and mental clarity in this style accommodating all levels of practitioners. Non-heated 75-80 Degrees

YIN YOGA

YIN YOGA-

A perfect complement for the yang style (power) yoga we practice. Yin Yoga targets the connective tissue (ligaments, bones and joints) as opposed to the muscles that are exercised in PowerYoga. Yin Yoga is suitable for students of all levels and is highly recommended for ALL Power Yogis.

VINYASA

VINYASA-

In this style, poses connect one from the other using breath. You can expect more variation in a vinyasa class; no two are alike. In our vinyasa, we focus on teaching to all levels and creating safe, empowering sequences.

PRIVATE YOGA-

A private yoga session is an amazing opportunity for you to get one-on-one guidance and attention. It can be used to familiarize you with the poses as well as deepen your understanding and execution of the flow.

POWER 60

POWER 60-

This 60-minute all-levels class will take you through a short, yet challenging and transformational flow, that will leave you feeling strengthened and empowered. Connect with your breath, flow, with your body, and create a bigger way of being in only 60 minutes. This class is heated.

POWER BEATS

POWER BEATS-
